Creative assets developed by Vast Firm, LLC become client property upon full payment. Vast Firm, LLC retains the right to use aggregate, anonymized campaign performance data for case studies unless a non-disclosure agreement (NDA) is in place.
Services may be terminated by either party with 30 days written notice, subject to the terms outlined in your specific service contract.
